The thesis is devoted to a comprehensive analysis of organizational and legal issues of state administration in information sphere. The concept and structure of information sphere as the object of state administration are defined herein. The essence and system of state administration in information sphere are examined in this paper. The system of legal provisions regulating state administration in this sphere is analyzed herein. Much attention is paid to the examination of the system of state administration bodies in information sphere and their legal status. Participation of private entities in the state administration in this sphere is considered herein. Methods and forms of state administration in this sphere are also examined.
