Essay

Object of a research is powder soft magnetic materials on basis of nickel-iron alloys. The purpose - the development of new powder soft magnetic materials of nickel-iron base alloys with raised tribotechnical characteristic by the way of introducing of intermetallic compounds and studies of their particularities of the structurization, physico-mechanical and tribotechnical characteristics. Methods: X-ray phase and microspectral analyses, metallographic and magnetometric studies. Novelty of work is motivated and is affirmed experimentally an efficiency of the use of NiTi and FeTi for reception powder nickel-iron alloys with raised tribotechnical characteristic to account of heterogonous structure forming. Will built mathematical dependencies the main magnetic and characteristic of the materials from chemical composition, technological mode of the fabrication and geometrical parameters. The criterion R(x) was offered allowing optimizing the chemical composition of the material for ensuring necessary parameters of the magnetic and tribotechnical features of the materials. Practical significance of outcomes of work - production test to initial lot of the details (magnetic heads) have shown that they have raised working characteristic and their durability increased in 8-12 times in comparison with standard alloy of the mark 79НМ.
