Halimon T. Corporate management at milk processing factories of agroindustrial complex

Research object are conformities to the law and mechanisms of providing of efficiency of corporate management on milk processing enterprises. Research purpose: development of theoretical and practical positions and system of increase of efficiency of corporate management is on milk processing enterprises in the conditions of strengthening of competition. Methods: analysis and synthesis, structural analysis, grouping, historical, middle and relative sizes, monographic, design. Theoretical and practical results: scientific positions and practical developments are formulated allow promoting efficiency of functioning of enterprises on the basis of the use of potential of corporate management. Scientific novelty: first: the conceptual model of improvement of the corporate control system is formulated on an enterprise as logical pre-condition of a withstand improvement of his economic-production indexes; it is improved: principles of evaluation of influencing of measures are on the improvement of the corporate control system on the dynamics of efficiency of functioning of milk processing enterprises, that grounded on the determining role of realization of basic functions of management within the limits of mechanism and features of different types of corporate management on enterprises; purchased subsequent development: economic-mathematical interpretation of strategies of development of milk processing enterprises is on the basis of achieving corporate management for the enterprises of different level of efficiency, that, in particular, foresees the evaluation of indexes of production, profitability, efficiency of management, other quantitative and structural descriptions volumes. Degree of introduction: the results of dissertation are inculcated in the economies of the Vinnitca area and Ukraine. Efficiency: will be instrumental in the improvement of corporate management in milk processing enterprises. Sphere, industry of the use: agroindustrial production of Ukraine.
