Object оf stady – сhanges of a functional condition of the dentoalveolar apparatus at unilateral unlimited defects of dentitions and its restoration after a prosthetic repair. Methods of research - clinical (research of an occlusal surface, a palpation of masseters and is temporal-mandibular joints), laboratory (the analysis of diagnostic models of jaws in an articulator, research movements of a mandible, an electromyography of masseters, definition chewing, roentgenography of temporally-mandibular joints, electron record of movements of a mandible), statistical. Purpose: to establish changes of a clinical and laboratory condition of the dentoalveolar apparatus at unilateral unlimited defects of dentitions with use of a complex of modern methods of diagnostics and to prove a choice adequate aftertreatments and rational orthopedic treatment. Theoretical and practical results: on the basis of clinical and laboratory methods of researches made references to diagnostics and treatment of unilateral unlimited defects, are formulated choice of a design of a prosthesis for replacement of unilateral unlimited defects. Results it is introduced to use in a clinical practice. Dan batter a method of manufacturing of a small saddle-like prosthesis. Resalts robots are introduced in pedagogical and medical process. Novelty: for the first time with clinical and functional disturbances are investigated{researched} at unilateral unlimited defects, occlusal disturbances are investigated{researched}, changes of electromyographic parameters are certain, features of accommodation articulate parts are established, comparison of designs of prostheses for replacement unlateral unlimited defects is lead, indications to application of small saddle-like prostheses are proved.
