Object of research: process of functioning the integration structures in a machine engineering industry; the purpose of work: generalization of theoretical bases and development of methodical maintenance on estimations of functioning integration structures in a machine engineering industry in view of influence an external environment on their internal environment; technique of research and the equipment: the analysis and synthesis, graphic, expert estimations, the analysis of cluster, the multivariate factorial analysis, the analysis of correlative and regression, methods of taxonomy; theoretical and practical results: it is advanced: the methodical approach concerning a complex estimation of functioning the integration structures; a method of an estimation of influence the external factors on functioning of integration structures; methodical recommendations concerning a choice of strategy of integration the industrial enterprises; have received the further development: methodical recommendations atthe choice of a rational variant of integration structure; the concept « integration structure» is specified; set of comparative attributes of organizational forms of integration structures with introduction of a new additional attribute “ the strategic purposes”; practical value of the received results consists that the offered development can be used by the industrial enterprises, financial establishments, trade enterprises for a choice of strategy of integration, definition of a rational variant of functioning of the enterprises in structure of integration structure and an estimation of expediency and efficiency of concentration resources on priority directions of development; subject and degree of introduction: development have received introduction in practical activities of “The machine-tool constructing factory of Kharkov” and in the Main scientific-expert management of the Device the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine; sphere of use: industrial activity of the enterprises of mechanical engineering.
