Dissertation work is devoted the questions of improvement of technical-economic indexes of modern diesel-train due to the improvement of construction of transmission mechanisms of their systems of adjusting of speed. The unique mathematical description of conformities to the law of motion of difficult transmission mechanism of management of frequency of turns of diesel of power-plant of diesel-train of DR1A a regulator is got. On the basis of results of optimization researches the variant of modernization of the system of adjusting of speed of diesel-train of series of Dr1a is offered and inculcated.
