Dissertation paper is devoted to improvement of dynamic and operating capabilities of railway crews, rails force interaction recession on the rail way and locomotive wheels and rails damage. The mathematic model of friction wheels flange and side surface bold of the rail force interaction has got the development. The methods of calculation of resilient descriptions of rubber-metal elements of block of supporting pole connection with wage body and a car, concerning the peculiarities constructive execute of rubber-metal block. . In theory and experimentally grounded the use of worked out constructive decisions of units running gear of locomotive that improve dynamic quality, that cause the level recession of force interaction on the rail way and locomotive wheels and rails damage.
