Rohovyi A. Planning of financial resources requirement for maintenance of the activity of joint-stock companies

The dissertation is devoted to working out theoretical and practical aspects of planning financial resources at a substantiation of basic directions of an effective finance administration, and also to search out ways of system of management improvement at joint-stock companies of food-processing industry. The conceptual device of the theory of planning is deepened; own concept of a category "planning of financial resources" is formulated; planning problems in finance administration system are accurately defined. It is defined, that planning of financial resources is a specific administrative process which promotes realization of all functions of management by financial maintenance of accepted decisions, and an important element of system of management which provides the solution of financial aspects of management. Conceptual approaches to construction of financial planning system of joint-stock companies which allow to generate financial requirements and to prove financial possibilities in separate directions of financial and economic activity are developed for the increase of efficiency of planning. Developed conceptual approaches to financial planning allow to raise quality of finance administration, to optimize distribution of financial resources between different directions of financial and economic activity and to raise competitiveness of joint-stock company in a long-term period that is the primary goal of management.
