The conceptual approaches to the management of technology transfer at enterprises were summarized and elaborated. The world experience of national systems of technology transfer management was analyzed. The main internal and external factors, which obstruct the technology transfer at Ukrainian enterprises, were highlighted. The methodical recommendation of formulation of technology transfer strategy was proposed. This strategy used as a base for choosing optimal technology transfer methods. The goals, functions and effectiveness criteria of technology transfer center at enterprise were defined. This center should be used at large-scale enterprise. Technology transfer risks at machine building enterprises were determinated and evaluated.
