Object of research – processes, tendencies of industrially-innovative development of the national housekeeper in a cut of regions. A research objective – working out of methodical positions and practical recommendations about formation and realisation of the effective mechanism of the state regional industrially-innovative policy on the basis of an estimation of industrial and innovative potential of regions. Methods of research and equipment - the economic and statistical analysis, grouping, graphic modelling of organizational structures, an expert estimation, analogy and structurization of the purposes, economic modelling, the multifactorial comparative analysis, a method синергетического effect. Theoretical and practical results – solve the scientifically-practical task of formation and realisation of the effective mechanism of the state regional industrially-innovative policy on the basis of an estimation of industrial and innovative potential of regions which is directed on increase of structuralefficiency of an industrial complex of separate regions and realisation of innovative model of development of the industry. Novelty – working out of effective mechanisms of the state regional industrially-innovative policy in the conditions of a postindustrial society, methods and forms of its practical realisation at regional level. Introduction degree – it is introduced by the Ministry of an industrial policy of Ukraine, executive committee of the Nikolaev city council, European university. Sphere (branch) of use – at formation of a state policy of development of the industry on an innovative basis, at realisation of the state regional industrially-innovative policy, at teaching of disciplines «macroeconomic», «economy state regulation», «placing of productive forces and regional economy», «the state and municipal management».
