This dissertation paper is devoted to theoretical and methodological grounds for raising labour motivation in the personnel of agrarian enterprises in the region; the author suggests the ways for upgrading the efficiency in employment of the labour potential due to development of incentive systems and methods for stimulation agrarian jobs, and also improves the motivative mechanism for upgrading labour productivity. The research provides well-grounded organizational and economic aspects for raising labour motivation in agriculture and the ways for their introduction. The author suggests the models for effective employment of labour resources in different branches of the agrarian production. A well-grounded model is suggested for correlation of wages against labour efficiency under conditions of market transformations of the agrarian production.
