Essay

New information is got about the factors of risk of development of arrhythmias for youths of pre-conscription age with PMK. The features of clinical displays, electro-physiological and morpho-function changes of heart are studied. The features of yeart rate variability of cardiac rhythm are investigational at PMV noninfringement rhythm and at their presence. It is well-proven, what only at presence of complex of factors, such as gypomagniemya, disfunction of the vegetative nervous system, myxomatous degeneration fold of mitral valve, transversal trabeculas, anomalous traction of papilliferous muscles, can be the factors of risk develop arrhythmias for youths with PMK. On the basis of the got results the algorithms of prognostication of arrhythmias and degree are developed their gravity at PMK Key words: youths of pre-conscription age, PMK, prediction, vegetative disfunction.
