Essay

Technology of purification graphite diamond mixture are based air oxidation of graphite diamonds. Developing of technology of purification graphite diamond mixture diamonds are based air oxidation of graphite with catalysts. Atomic absorption, spectrophotometric, laser and atomic mass spectrometry, gravimetric method, X-ray phase analysis, electron microscopic analysis, optical microscopic analysis methods. V2O5 as the most effective additive of process of division diamond-graphite mixture is determined; the thermodynamic possibility of formation carbides of vanadium and molybdenum from them oxide and graphite with next reoxidation, that promotes increase of efficiency of extraction of graphite is proved; determination that oxidation of synthetic diamonds without the catalyst through graphitization their surfaces is carried out; oxide vanadium (V) accelerates of graphite oxidation of oxidation-reduction reactions and on a surface of synthetic diamonds the layer of connections of vanadium which protectsthem from oxidation is formed; investigations of influence of temperature, concentration of the additive, layer height of mixture, linear speed of giving of air and duration of process of oxidation process of diamond-graphite mixture are carried out. Optimum parameters of division diamond-graphite mixture are chosen. The reliability of the results was confirmed experimentally. Industrial application was made. Chemical and mechanical industry enterprises.
