Vdovychenko I. Information technologies of multicriterion expert estimation of social system alternative

The increase of social examination efficiency is investigated. Technological and methodical bases of multicriterion expert evaluation of alternatives are developed. Methodology of system research of expert group forming process is developed. Methodology of expert choice is developed. The system is represented as aggregate of modules. The mathematical model of every module is built. The result aggregation chart is offered. The assessment system, estimation criteria, group of criteria are developed. The complex method of multicriterion expert evaluation of alternatives is worked out and information-analytical system EGF (Expert Group Forming) is created for its realization. Combined technology of sociological examination conducting, data capture and result analysis are offered. For the introduction of technology information-analytical complex "Expert testing" is created. Experimental sociological investigation of problems of Bologna convention introduction in Ukraine is represented. The results are analyzed, conclusions are made.
