Essay

Research objects are concrete products and reinforced concrete constructions. The aim is to prove experimentally the technical possibility and financial suitability of the usage of ceramsite concrete with cement, lime and ashy building agent. Durability, fracture strength and dimensional instability have been detected in accordance with actual standards. The theoretical results are as follows: the correlations for prognostication of the main design parameters of the strength property have been proposed and proposal for their calculations has been suggested. The practical results: experimental data about linkage of the reinforcing steel with concrete, its carrying capacity, fracture strength, dimensional instability of reinforced concrete constructions and pre-stressed constructions have been obtained. Innovation: the experimental data of strength properties and dimensional instability of ceramsite concrete with cement, lime and ashy building agent and quartz sand have been obtained; it has been researched in the constructions. The results can be used at LLC “Kulidorovskiy industrial concern”, city of Odessa; while planning and building in southern regions of Ukraine by corporations “Ukrbud” and “Odessaagropoekt”. Usage field: designing of beam structures, roof and floor slabs of civil buildings.
