Essay

Theoretical and practical aspects of effective milk production are researched, determination of peculiarity of milk market formation is given in the dissertation. Organizational and economical conditions of effective milk production, the analysis of efficiency of milk production in agricultural enterprises are given. The analysis of problem of milk raw quality is given and economical losses for its low level are calculated. The efficiency of increase of Ukrainian standarts for milk raw up to European level is proved. The development of main tendencies of supply formation at milk product market is forecasted, determinated mutuall influence of its components using economic-mathematics models. An economic effect of investments attracting in dairy stock-raising business and its recoupment is calculated. Economic expediency of reconstruction of existing milk farms and recoupment of such expenditures are proved. main ways of decreasing of effectiveness milk production are determined and the proposals of itsimprovement are given.
