Matsokin V. Right of citizens of Ukraine of sufficient life level.

The author analyzed complexly every person's right of the sufficient life level, researched the role of state power bodies and local self-government organs in its practical maintenance. He made theoretical generalization and suggested new scientific task resolving regarding the improvement of constitutional and legal regulation the human right of the sufficient life level as one of the defined component of the social state construction in Ukraine. The author offered new definition ''social state'', examined the social essence of state, determined constitutional and legal mechanism of providing of the right of the sufficient life level and its components, investigated this right realization's guarantee. The author suggested establishing relationships within state social standards and salary and pension for civil servants legally. He proved practical necessity to create executive committees of district and regional councils and to abolish district state administrations.
