Essay

The mechanisms of amplitude-phase parameters transformation of laser irradiation by the totality of optically one-axial birefringence crystals of the extracellular matrix of the human tissues were examined. A new method of polarization diagnostics of extracellular matrix structure for basical types of biotissues and classification system of their optical properties using statistical and correlation analysis of coordinate distribution of John's matrix elements totality were elaborated.
