Emulsions and suspensions on a basis of vegetable oil phosphatides were chosen as the objects of the present research. The aim of the work was a creation of ecologically safe disperse systems on the basis of phosphatides and an establishing of colloid-chemical routes of their properties handling. Their colloid-chemical properties were studied by the methods of optical spectroscopy, tensiometry, рН-metrу, viscosimetry. The stability of the systems was investigated by the method of sedimentation analysis, and corrosion activity was measured gravimetrically. The investigation carried out therein allowed to establish the role of phosphatides in volume structuring and formation of adsorption layers on the boundaries of liquid phases. The concepts of formation of two-layer structures of phosphatides in water and carbohydrate environments were developed. The reverse-structured emulsions on the basis of phosphatides vegetable oils were obtained for the first time. It is shown, that variations of water to hydrocarbon phase ratios provide the increase of rheological properties of the reverse-emulsions. Addition co-emulsifying agent enhances systems’ dispersion and introducing of electrolytes – increases sorption of surfactants on the microheterogeneous interface "water/hydrocarbon". It was for the first time that the light-weight reverse-suspensions with density 510-860 kg/m3 were received using glass gas-filled microspheres. The obtained disperse systems are recommended as the effective technological systems for killing of an oil well and workover operations in the conditions of abnormal in-plane pressure.
