Object of research – marketing activity of machine-building enterprise. The purpose of research – formation of theoretical thesis and practical aspects of mechanism of marketing activity activation of machine-building enterprise which is based on the intensification of marketing potential use. Methods of research and equipment- situation, structural-Logic analysis; a method of notice, method of scientific abstraction, method of scientific grouping, concluding, comparing, causal - consequence method. Theoretical results and novelty – consideration of marketing activity activation as way of stabilization and improvement of machine- building enterprise state by using all not it's not used resources; creating of organizational- economical mechanism and formation of information and organizational accompaniment of this mechanism; definition of marketing potential of machine-building enterprise. Degree of introduction - scientific rules are discussed on 7 conferences, are published in 16 works and used on the 3 machine-building enterprises. Sphere of use – machine-building enterprises
