Thesis is devoted to theoretical and practical problems of guaranteeing official's administrative and legal status realization. General characteristic of official's administrative and legal status is presented. Preconditions of obtaining official's administrative and legal status by a subject are elucidated. Kinds of rights and duties as elements of the content of administrative and legal status are also elucidated. Notion and the system of means of guaranteeing official's administrative and legal status realization, which are general, legal and organizational guarantees, are defined. Mechanism of internal and external management that influence on the official directed on guaranteeing of his administrative and legal status realization is characterized. Propositions to improve organizational and legal guaranteeing of official's administrative and legal status realization are stated.
