Essay

The purpose of present dissertation was to develop a scheme of immunotropic prophylactic treatment of simple migraine on basis of estimating of immune status and role of herpes viruses in pathogenesis of the disease to improve secondary prophylactic of migraine. In research 60 women took part by age of 19 to 45 years, sufferings a severe migraine without aura. In 91,6 % cases the etiologic factors of present focuses of infection of mucous upper respiratory tract were viruses of herpes group, foremost, - HНV6 (71,6 %) and EBV (44, 1%). Insufficiency of cellular branch of innate immunity (low medium levels of large granular lymphocytes and natural killers) was evaluated. On the basis of these findings selected and described immune-depended form of the migraine, the criteria of its diagnostic and principles of treatment are developed. A hypothesis is outspoken about development of trigeminal hyperactivity under influencing of focuses of chronic herpes virus infection on the mucous membranes of upper respiratory tract due to engaging in the pathological process terminals of trigeminal nerves. Аpproved scheme of immunotropic therapy of patients with the use of specific immunoglobulins, "Groprynosine" and "Polyoxidonium" modify the migraine due to diminishing of intensity of headache during an attack, declines of frequency of paroxysms in 2,8 time and its duration in 2,1 time (term of supervision 6 months).
