Essay

Subject of investigations - silicon-organic materials and coatings. Aim of investigations - to obtain regularities of the effect of mineral fillers and oligomer-polymer modifiers on structuring of composites based on lacquer KO-921. Methods of investigation- structural, physicochemical, -mechanical, corrosive-resistant, dielectric. Novelty - the synergetic effect of different mineral fillers on structure and characteristics of silicon-organic composites and coatings has been established; the investigation of the kinetics of hardening and infra-red spectra showed that polymethylphenylsiloxane matrix reacts with polyol and isocyanate components of polyurethane compositions. Results - silicon-organic coatings with close-packed mineral fillers , mineral-filled silicon-organic-urethane coatings, portable electrode; a device for checking the dryness of mineral fillers. The results of this research were implemented at MPT "Pivdennyi" "Druzhba" of "Ukrtransnafta" and branch of SE "Prykarpattransgas". The application field - the main pipelines
