Object of research: processes of management by the enterprises engaged in distributing and delivery of electric power. Purpose of research: development of complex of methods and measure on the improvement of mechanisms of management by industrial and eco-nomic activity of the local electric networks directed on the increase of their efficiency. Methods of research: development of complex of methods and measure on the improvement of management mechanisms methods of logical and empiric research, methods of expert es-timations, programmatic-having a special purpose method, method of functionally-cost analysis, method of correlation-regressive analysis. Results: the concep-tual model of the control system by a subject is devel-oped managements and conception of forming of effec-tive mechanisms of management by industrial and eco-nomic activity of local electric networks in markets conditions; the system of indexes-indicators of evalua-tion of efficiency of the control system by the local electric systemsis formed, research experimental veri-fication of adequacy of the developed models decisions is carried out; a structure, maintenance and functions of mechanism of prevention of commercial losses of elec-tric power, is improved; the methodological chart of decision of problems of self-organization of subsystem of control of power strength security of users is im-proved; the concept-category vehicle of theory of eco-nomic safety of enterprise is improved; got further de-velopment scientific approaches to the management by local electric networks with adjustment of their eco-nomic priorities.
