Nazarenko V. Enhancing the efficiency of industrial enterprises operation on the basis of human resources management

Object of the study is process of the shaping to efficient activity of the industrial enterprise on base of personnel management. Objective of study is scientifically-theoretical motivation and development scientifically-methodical provision of increasing to efficiency of the operating the industrial enterprise on base of personnel management by way of the introduction to concepts "developments of the personnel". Methods of research are dialectical, analysis and syntheses, sociological studies, mathematical statistics. Theoretical and practical results: the motivation scientific approach to the further increasing of efficiency to activity enterprise on base of the concepts of the development of the personnel; estimation of the personnel on base of the ranking on job title and personal potential. Novelty is approaches to further increasing of efficiency to activity industrial enterprise on base of the improvement managerial system by personnel. Degree of the introduction by: JVC "Concern Styrene" and "Kramatorskiy metallurgical plant by V.V. Kuybisheva". Branch of application is industrial enterprises.
