Essay

Thesis is devoted to the problems of restructuring of enterprises of black metallurgy of Ukraine. The economical nature, forms and process of restructuring are showed based upon different researches. The estimate of modern situation of development of of enterprises of black metallurgy in the globalization conditions is made, it's noticed the main world tendentious of restructuring metallurgical enterprises and also the especially of the restructuring of Ukrainian metallurgical enterprises are showed. For making the right choice of the forms and ways of restructuring the diagnostic of the internal situation of black metallurgy enterprises in modern conditions is hold, the results of which are showed in the necessity of holding the operational complex manufacturing restructuring of metallurgical enterprises. It's proved the necessity of proving the mechanism of restructuring and the active participation of the government in this process.
