Dissertation is devoted to the improvement of methods and to the development of information technology for analyzing noisy signal mixtures in the conditions of uncertainty. The methods are based on stable estimation of linear model parameters. The basic information technology is implemented in software modules. The efficiency of the information technology is experimentally explored in the tasks of jamming cancellation and spectrometry.
