Kroupnova L. Administrative and legal status of state executive service worker of Ukraine

The thesis shows the position of subject of executive proceeding, namely worker of executive service, in the system of legal procedure and its component in realization of law enforcement function of the state. There is a detailed analysis of the administrative and legal relations between bodies and officials of State executive service and other subjects of executive proceeding on forced realization of executive documents, as well as the organizational structure of the executive bodies. There defined the powers of State executive service on using the administrative and forced measures in the field of executive proceeding, as well as administrative and court procedure of appeal.
