Levadnaay L. 3. The clinic-laboratory characteristics of children with genetic allergic predisposition, the cocorrection of disorders

The thesis work is concerned with the matters of the prevention of allergic diseases based on the investigation of the pathogentic role of macroelements in the control of allergic inflammation (disorder). The present study aims to research the immune state and the role of IL-4 in manifestation of allergic diseases, to investigate interrelation between the level of macroelements and the immunologic indexes at the prenosological stage and in the run of the disease. The hypothetical decrease of the level of Magnium in blood serum and the increase of phosphorus in children with genetic atopy at the prenosological stage already was found out. The detection of the level IL-4 of children with inherited atopy was offered as a marker of the transformation of genetic allergic predisposition into allergic disease. The rehabilitation and prevention arrangements were developed and tested for children with allergic predisposition aimed at the prevention of the transformation of genetic allergic predisposition intoallergic disease.
