Essay

Research is devoted to the study of diagnostic features and rational outpatient treatment in patients with chronic pancreatitis in dependence with the level of a stomach acidity. A reliable difference is set between the middle indexes of postprandial alkaliza-tion in patients with pancreatic insufficiency and without it, what is taken as a basis of the secondary pancreatic insufficiency diagnostic method. The postprandial alkalization index value closely correlates with pancreatic insufficiency expressiveness.
