Essay

The dissertation is devoted to increasing the efficiency of prophylaxis and treatment of caries in children of pre-school and junior school age with general diseases. The complex of caries prophylaxis in children with digestion, respiration and muscles and skeletal system diseases is worked out and applied in clinic. It includes taking into account the children's immune system state and providing an individual corrective influence on the children's organism and the scheme of staged prophylaxis using the cooperation of a children's dentist with a pediatrician in order to carry out the caries prophylaxis and treatment. The methods of prophylactic treatment were used in order to decrease the developed caries forms. The efficiency of the suggested methods and the scheme is clinically proved for a period of 24 months.
