Skorobogatova N. Improvement of the system of estimation of investment projects of industrial enterprise

Dissertation work is devoted to development of methodological and practical principles of efficiency estimation of industrial enterprise investment projects. With the purpose of the grounded deter-mination of influencing of risk and vagueness on an investment project separate determination of project risk is offered on stages of development, introduction and exploitation, on the basis of estab-lishment of human and objective factors of risk on these stages. The mechanism of investment charges forming is improved on the basis of differential approach to every investment project, according to which is determined economic the grounded sum of investment charges, expected on the basis of managed and nomanaged charges. In work the system of the associate balanced indexes of investment project estimation of industrial enterprise is improved by indexes addition and their structure, namely: the financial, eco-nomic, technical and social indexes are selected. Оn the basis of the balanced indexes system was developed and grounded simula-tion model of estimation and choice of investment projects, which allows to estimate in complex an investment project taking into account his financial, economic, technical and social aspects.
