Kabathenko D. The improvement of the method of diagnostics of technical and economical condition of mines during restructuring of coal industry

The dissertation is devoted to development of methodical approaches in diagnos-tics of the technical and economical condition of mines for the purpose of setting pri-orities of investment of capital in the mines that operate effectively, readjustment of potentially profitable mines and estimating appropriate queue for shutdown of un-promising mines in the structure of a coal mining association. Methodological base of the method of diagnostics of technical and economical condition of mines during re-structuring of coal industry has been scientifically grounded. There were designed: method of diagnostics of the mines in association, which is based on calculating of integral complex evaluation of their financial and economic conditions using the ma-trix of unit values and method of rating evaluation of the mines based on complex analysis of technical and economical indexes of their work in the structure of a coal mining association. For adequate comparison of evaluations of financial and economical condition of enterprise, that have been calculated on the basis of the existing accountancy, the rec-ommendations on considering the impact of the time factor in calculating the block evaluations and the complex evaluation of financial and economic condition of coal-mining enterprise have been designed. With the view of implementation of scientific statements, conclusions and rec-ommendations in the real conditions of industrial enterprise, the method of diagnos-tics of technical and economical condition of mines has been proposed. The results of the dissertation work have been implemented at GE "Krasnoarmeyskugol'", GE "Selidovugol'" and are used by "KPD-consulting", ltd. in the practice of evaluating industrial enterprises of different industries and types of ownership.
