Essay

The dissertation is dedicated to development of toolkit and practical recommendations for carrying out of an estimation of ore mining and processing enterprises activity in view of coordination of corporate interests. Parameters of economic effectiveness, which provide comparability of economic results of activity and taking into consideration change of economic situation of an enterprise during their rapid estimation, are developed. Methodical regulations concerning estimation of ore mining and processing enterprises business value by means of direct capitalization are improved. A single integral cost parameter of estimation of crisis presence - reserve of equity capital is proposed. The toolkit of investment projects effectiveness estimation is extended. Results of the dissertation are introduced on JSC "InGOK", JSC "SevGOK", JSC "CGOK".
