Stanislavuk E. 3.Theoretic-methodical bases of evaluation of innovative potential of industrial enterprises (on the example of engineer)

Object – the process of formation of innovative potential of the industrial enterprises of Ukraine. The purpose - a substantiation of theory-methodical positions and development of practical recommendations according to innovative potential of the industrial enterprises and analytical maintenance of its monitoring. Methods of the economic analysis; economic-mathematical modelling; expert estimations; the statistical analysis. Novelty: for the first time - conceptual positions according to innovative potential of the enterprises as the base of construction of complex model of measurement and an estimation of innovative potential are developed; methodical positions at the choice of a determinant of innovative development of the industrial enterprises, based on ordering of types of innovative potential and the account of dependence of a choice of directions of development from its condition are developed; has been advanced classification of components of innovative potential of the industrial enterprisein a view of growth of a role of a mental potential as newest tendency of modern economy; criteria and parameters of an estimation of innovative potential of the industrial enterprises; have received the further development - theory-methodical bases of monitoring and the analysis of innovative potential of the industrial enterprises due to a combination of components and a choice of realization ways of innovative potential in view of a determinant of innovative development of competitors; analitical toolkit of monitoring of innovative potential of the industrial enterprises in a direction of display of innovative potential, simplification of processes of monitoring and comparison of their innovative potentials. Results: scientifically proved set of methodical positions according to innovative potential of the industrial enterprises of mechanical engineering, to use of results of its estimation and monitoring is developed. It is introduced: Goskomstat of Ukraine in the Kherson area; mechanical engineering: Open Society " the Kherson driveshaft factory ", branch"Radialka" Open Society " the Odessa factory radially boring machines "; the higher school: the Kherson national technical university, the Odessa national polytechnical university.
