Rodina Y. Optimization of patient's treatment with eye contusion by medicamentous stabilization lysosomal membrane and correction оf the organism's immune reactivity disorders

Object - eye contusion. The purpose - to optimize the treatment of patients with severe eye contusion. Methods - clinical and statistical. The equipment - spectrophotometer Spekol-210, electronic tonograph, rheographic computer complex Reokom. For the first time the scientific data on membrane destabilization of lisosomal tissue of the eye have been received at the model of dosed contusion of the eye. The data are added and confirmed, that complex treatment with application of preparation "Аmison" for patients with eye contusion promotes the membrane stabilization of lisosomal tissue of the eye, posses immune modulated effect and desensibilization action. The new method of patient's treatment with eye contusion was developed as traditional treatment + preparation "Аmison" allows to increase VA (contusion of easy and average degree) up to 0,97 in 1,5 and 3 times accordingly, case of heavy contusion - up to 0,4 in 3 times in terms of 15 days from the trauma, increases the reduced blood circulation in injured eye and production of intraocular liquid on the average in 1,5 times till 15 days after average or heavy trauma.
