Essay

A research object is electro mechanics processes of electromagnetic excitation of vibrations and shots. The purpose of work is further development of theory of electromagnetic excitation of vibrations and shots. For development of mathematical models of electromagnetic vibroexciters of EMV a statement method was used, at problem of dynamics of oscillation stand definition are the systems of equalizations of Lagrange, theory of vibrations, bases of theoretical mechanics, electrical engineering and magnetism. The mathematical models of EMV are first developed built on new charts taking into account reactive mass; the new variant of method of the optimum extinguishing of after shock vibrations is developed at reproducing of blow; the method of calculation of power of EMV is improved. The scientific novelty of the got results consists of that as a result of researches resulted in dissertation work a task is decided related to creation of new methods and systems of electromagnetic excitation of vibrations and shots. Job performances are used on the department of mechanics and planning of machines of the Ukrainian state academy of railway transport. Within the framework of collaboration with a state enterprise the Kharkov machine-building plant of FED was got patent of Ukraine "Method of receipt of bars. " The developed methods and hardware's can be used on other enterprises of different industries of national economy of Ukraine for upgrading both oscillation tests and process of casting, and other technological processes of using as a drive of EMV.
