The subject of research: the processes of forming of markets of agricultural product and constituents of economic mechanism of their adjusting are in modern terms. The aim of research: development of the grounded scientific and practical recommendations and suggestions is in relation to perfection of economic mechanism of functioning of regional market of sugar. Methods of research: dialectical, abstractly logical, monographic, cross-correlation regressive analysis, graphic, extrapolations, ekonomiko mathematical. Theoretical and practical results: the system of indexes of estimation of development and functioning of market of sugar is improved in a theoretical plan. In practical - suggestions are borne in relation to the estimation of activity of cukroburyakovogo subcomplex and functioning of market of sugar. Innovation: scientifically grounded mechanism of distributing of end-point of activity between the participants of the computer-integrated forming; the methodical going is improved near determination of price on sugar beets and sugar; grounded constituents of economic mechanism of adjusting of market of sugar. Degree of innovation: the results have been accepted for application by Chief Administration for Agriculture and Food Products in Mykolayiv Region.
