Potravka L. Developing of the Agriculture Market Infrastructure of the Southern Region.

The object of research: the process of forming the systems links, components and elements of the agrarian market infrastructure. The aim of research: the substantiation of theoretical, methodological and applied aspects of the development of the agrarian market infrastructure. Methods of research: abstract and logical, statistic and economic, monographic, induction and deduction, analysis and synthesis. Theoretical and practical results: the teoretical results of the theoretical and methodological propositions which broaden the concept of the ehenceof the agrarian market infrastructure and the organizational foundations of the functioning of its basic elements. The above research results contribute to enriching the economic science with new theoretical and methodological approaches to the problem of developing the agrarian market infrastructure. The theoretical significance of the totality of suggestions and recommendations offered as well to determining the main directions of developing infrastructural elements and systematizing their functioning. Scientific novelty: it is for the first time, that transition from the polycentric to the monocentricic organizational type of agrarian market infrastructure is suggested. The above envisages the restriction of the uncontrollable expansion of the unproductive market mediation through intensifying the cooperative processes among agricultural producers and ensuring the systems functioning of the infrastructure components and elements to meet the economic interests of producers; there were improved the motive function defined in main elements of infrastructure to aimed for appearing ofsynergetic effect, further development was given to the regulation mechanism the developing of infrastructure of the agrarian market. The degrce of introduction: the research results are used by Kherson oblast executive bodies for working out the development strategy of the oblast highly productive agroindustrial complex Of is also used in the educational process by SHEE “Kherson statuniversity”, by Pivdenagrokhim limited liability company for setting up the department of marketing; by Kherson affiliation of Forum bank for formulating the crediting policy in the sphere of agricultural production; by the affiliated enterprise “Singury bread-baking plant” for improving the system of warehouse certification. Efficiency:the research results make it possible to substantiate the concept of improving the efficiency of the functioning of agricultural, production and service cooperatives on the basis of the developed mechanism of paving the ways for enhancing the efficiency of their activities.
