Godovanuk A. Legal regime of naturally-protected fund.

The dissertation contains complex legal analysis of the legal regime of lands in the naturally-protected fund. The author investigates main scientific approaches to the legal problems of the naturally-protected fund regime as well as the genesis of legal adjusting of the land relations in this sphere. The dissertation presents scientific determination of the concept of legal regime of naturally-protected fund; the organizational-legal structure of naturally-protected fund is explored; the scientifically-grounded elements of the legal mode of naturally-protected fund are offered; the problem of partitioning of naturally-protected fund from the other land categories is considered; the peculiarities of legal status for subjects on the naturally-protected fund are described: the origin, realization and depriving of the land rights for subjects on the naturally-protected fund is comprehensively analyzed; the legal principles of the protective regime of naturally-protected fund are certain; the naturally-protected fund management is exposed. The research results allowed presenting several amendments to improve current land legislation of Ukraine.
