Strategy of development of defensive-industrial complex of Ukraine. There is system of functioning of defensive-industrial complex of Ukraine; system of forming and realization of investment-innovative strategy of development of defensive-industrial complex of Ukraine in modern terms. A research purpose consists in development of suggestions in relation to the effective functioning of defensive-industrial complex of Ukraine on the basis of forming and realization of investment-innovative strategy. The practical value of the got results of research is confirmed by the acts of introduction about realization of results of scientific researches, it is sent by the national academy of defensive of Ukraine № 3749 from 04.10.07, and № 3731 from 03.10.07 р. which it registers in, that results of scientific researches of Weaver And. N. will allow to promote efficiency of the system of state administration and adjusting at defensive-industrial complex of Ukraine, and also to expose "bottlenecks", liquidation ofwhich will provide optimum terms for the rise of production volumes of high-quality and competitive goods, goods and services on the basis of activation of innovative activity. By the most substantial scientific result got personally a bread-winner, is: new methodical approaches to the exposure of factors, that determine development of defensive-industrial complex of Ukraine on investment-innovative to the basis and affect the system of it functioning, which will allow forming and realizing investment-innovative strategy of development of defensive-industrial complex of Ukraine.
