Kutsmus N. Social and economic development of rural area under the conditions of European choice

The object is the process of transformation of socio-economic relations in the rural sector of society.The purpose is to ground the scientifically methodological bases and conceptual approaches to the decision of village’s problem of socio-economic development and to elaborate practical recommendations to its providing under the conditions of the European choice of Ukraine. Research methods – theoretical generalization, monographic, economy-statistical, history-economical, sociological, SWOT-analysis, economy-mathematical modeling, graphic, tabular. The results are theory-practical positions in relation to the decision of socio-economic problems of development of village in the context of the European choice of Ukraine by bringing rural communities to forming and realization rural development policy; diversifications of rural economy and expansions of services spectrum of agricultural deliberative services to provide peasant’s information necessities.The novelty is development of theory-practical principles and ground of directions of socio-economic development of village in the context of eurointegration processes.Degree of introduction – the scientific results are used by the organs of power and in an educational process which is confirmed the proper certificates. A sphere (industry) of the use is providing of village development through forming of effective policy of rural development on principles of participation of rural community and activation of economic processes in rural areas.
