The object: the informative providing processes of a trade enterprise management. The purpose: development of theoretical and methodological aspects of informative service in the system of trade enterprise management. The Methods: scientific labours of native and foreign scientists in problems of the informative providing and informative management, theories of decision-making support, systems analysis, economy mathematical modeling. It is offered: informative service conception for support administrative decision-making decisions and trade business-processes realization; complex of indexes of the informative service system of the enterprise and tools for their estimation; organizational-economic mechanism of management processes realization in informative service; classification of informative services by different criterions. Sphere of the use: auction enterprises.
