Essay

The dissertation is devoted to questions of research of conditions, factors and mechanisms of formation and displays of aggressive behaviour in personality disorders.S. On the basis of complex research of 139 men with personality disorders, including 97 men with illegal aggressive forms of behaviour which in view with the realized crime against a life and health of the person were involved in the criminal liability, are certain clinical psychopathological, clinical anamnestic and pathopsychological features of motivation of aggressive behaviour in personality disorders. The factors raising risk of occurrence and relapse of illegal aggressive behaviour in personality disorders are established. Obtained data are systematized under clinical psychopathological, clinical anamnestic and pathopsychological characteristics, specific value of each parameter in genesis of aggressive behaviour investigated is established. On the basis of complex studying laws of formation of aggressive behaviour in personality disorders the complex system of forecasting of risk of occurrence and relapse of illegal aggressive behaviour in personality disorders is developed. "The way of diagnostics of risk occurrence of illegal aggressive behaviour in personality disorders" is offered. Correction of conditions of motivational and emotional spheres in view of factors of risk of occurrence and relapse of illegal aggressive behaviour in personality disorders, which is a part of reabilitational complex programs on their preventive maintenance.
