Stetsenko N. Forming of the control system by the personnel of the machinebuilding enterprises

It is proved in the work, that in basis of conception of control by a personnel in accordance with terms and requirements of market economy principle of determining role of personality in production, forming and direction of her motivational options for providing of effective activity of enterprise must be fixed. Principles and methods of construction of the control system by a personnel, which is orientated on an user, obtained subsequent development, two groups of principles of construction of the control system by the personnel of enterprise are selected as a result: princi-ples, which characterize the requirements to forming of the control system by a personnel and principles which determine directions of development of the control system.
