77 patients with mental disorders caused by the chronic hypertonic dyscirculatory encephalopathy were subjected to studies. The patients from the main group (47) were given 1 to 2 CCH sessions. The patients from the screening group (30) were given only medical treatment. The results of the in -dynamics psychodiagnostic examination of patients showed that the use of CCH method for the combined treatment of patients with the given pathology contributes to the improvement of memory and attention, reduced emotional lability and decreased evidence of somatic symptoms, anxiety, insomnia as well social dysfunction and depression. The results show that the use of CCH method significantly improves their cerebral hemodynamics and bioelectric activity of cerebrum. Show that the CCH treatment decreases the explicitness of the internal and external hydro-cephalus. The CCH method can be recommended for the use in the com-bined treatment of patients with the given pathology, because it allows for the reduction of a dose of pharmacological preparations, gives no side ef-fects and contributes to the rapid improvement of psychic state.
