In this paper, author shows that under market conditions financial resources acquire form of commodity and may be efficiently used in development of construction complex. Financial and construction markets are area of banks activity and attention, where marketing research permits economics strategically groups to utilize their resources in more efficient manner. In this paper to explain and illustrate influence of factors on economic, financial and sales indices in construction industry author applies system approach and calculates econometric dependencies. These dependencies allow to evaluate coefficients of elasticity of indices by factor and to determine strength of influence of the factors. System approach in market research in construction industry is used for crediting of investment projects. Author also considered bank's marketing in construction industry and mortgages, as well as the program Synergy-capital. Author created methods of optimization in utilizing of financial resources in construction market and provided calculations of optimum plan for purchases of lots of land
