Krasnov Y. Fundamental labour rights: international standards and legislation of Ukraine.

The thesis is devoted to the complex analysis of international legal standards of fundamental labour rights and Ukrainian legislation in this field. The evolution of human rights and main tendencies of their development at the beginning of the XXI century are being analyzed. The place of labour rights in the system of human rights, their general features and legal originality are defined. The definition of fundamental labour rights is provided and their classification is given. International universal and European standards of labour rights were analyzed and comparative analysis with Ukrainian legislation is provided. On the basis of analysis of legal literature, current legislation and practice of its application, international labour standards and positive foreign legislative experience, suggestions and recommendations concerning legislative provision of basic labour rights are offered."
