Dissertation is devoted to development of theoretical bases and practical recommendations directed on the improvement of organizational and economic mechanism of bringing of foreign direct investments in the economy of Ukraine. In work the maintenance is exposed and the structure of organizational and economic mechanism of bringing of foreign direct investments in is developed, determination of notion is specified direct foreign investments, the list of criteria of classification FDI important for practice is complemented, the basic constituents of state policy are exposed in relation to adjusting FDI in countries, that develop. Foreign experience of bringing of direct foreign investments and possibility of his use in is considered in the modern terms of development of domestic economy, the basic ways of improvement of organizational and economic mechanism of bringing of direct foreign investments in are certain in the economy of Ukraine.
