Essay

In the research work theoretical aspects are considered and methodological recommendations are developed on improvement of risk management of an enterprise in the baking industry. Special attention is given to the choosing process of an optimum method in risk management. The development of clusters structures in the baking industry are proposed as one of the advanced methods of risk reduction. Cooperation between members of such structures allows reducing risks of their activity.It is proposed to improve the risk management process by using the algorithm that make possible to respond to changes in market conditions and reduce the negative effect of risks in timely manner. Three-level control system is developed to manage business risks. The system allows controlling the performance of an individual specialist as well as total functional status of an enterprise through comparative analysis of actual data and plan.
